9D BREATHWORK GROUP SESSIONS
I run regular monthly in-person group 9D breathwork sessions.
These sessions focus on emotional release and nervous system regulation.
With themes such as Letting Go, Healing Grief & Loss, Releasing Guilt, Shame and Anger, and Healing Ancestral Lines.
Each month is a different theme - progressing through a programme that can be dipped into or followed in full for a holistic approach to healing.
In person spaces are limited so advance booking is essential.
TWILIGHT HOUR GROUP HYPNOSIS
Each month I facilitate our wonderfully relaxing Twilight Hour Group Hypnosis sessions
Come along and experience hypnosis is a nurturing small group setting.
Each month has a different theme but ultimately these sessions are about deep relaxation - resetting and tuning in to your intuitive knowing and natural healing abilities, banishing limitations and embracing self love.
Spaces are limited so advance booking is essential.
COLLABORATIONS & CORPORATE
I love to collaborate with like-minded coaches and therapists with complimentary skills to provide a unique experience.
I run workshops and events on various subjects such as Women's Health, Emotional Eating, Mindset, Menopause, Anxiety and many more.
