9D breathwork is a multi-dimensional sound experience using guided coaching, binaural brain entrainment, isochronic brainwave tones, solfeggio frequencies, 432Hz harmonic tuning, hypnotic suggestion, bio-acoustic sound effects, Neurolinguistic programming and subliminal messages in conjunction with somatic breathwork to help release trapped emotion and trauma that the body has stored and repressed over time.

1. What is 9D Breathwork and how does it work?
9D Breathwork is a guided breathwork modality that combines conscious/connected breathing techniques with layered sound technology (binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, isochronic tones, 432 Hz tuning), subliminal/hypnotic suggestions, somatic (body‑oriented) work, and guided coaching.
The idea is to move beyond just surface relaxation: by using breath & sound & subconscious suggestion, 9D aims to access deeper levels of the nervous system and subconscious patterns (which drive much of our behaviour) so that you can release stored emotional or physiological tension, “rewire” limiting beliefs, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body/mind.
2. What are the benefits of doing 9D Breathwork?
- Nervous system regulation (helping you shift from chronic “on”/sympathetic states to more balanced/restorative states).
- Emotional release: letting go of stuck emotions, trauma imprints, shame, fear or unresolved heaviness stored in body or subconscious.
- Subconscious re‑programming: changing limiting beliefs, mental patterns, internal narratives that hold you back.
- Improved mind‑body connection: becoming more aware of bodily sensations, reconnecting with your body rather than being only in your head.
- Improved clarity, better emotional resilience, reduced anxiety/stress, and a deeper sense of self.
3. How safe is 9D Breathwork? Are there risks?
In general, breathwork modalities (including 9D) are considered relatively safe when done with a trained facilitator and within a supportive container. However, there are some caveats and things to consider:
- Because 9D uses deep/connected breathing, paired with immersive sound, intense emotional release can occur (tears, shaking, strong sensations).
- Some participants report after‑effects (e.g., feeling “not quite themselves” for 1-5 days while full integration takes place).
If you have certain medical or psychological conditions (for example: uncontrolled epilepsy, certain cardiac issues, serious trauma responses, dissociative disorders) you should proceed with caution
*It is not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric treatment when required. If you have serious mental health conditions, you should use it as a complementary practice only with proper support.
So yes—it can be safe, beneficial and profound, but you should approach it with awareness, good facilitation, and post‑session integration.
4. What does a 9D Breathwork session look/feel like and how long does it take?
Typical structure:
- You are guided into a conscious breathing pattern while listening to immersive audio
- The sound design includes multiple layers which aim to support the shift of brainwaves and immersion.
- The session may encourage somatic awareness, emotional release movement and expression
- After the main breathwork, there is a calming/integration phase.
- Session lengths vary: Most journeys are in the range of ~60–75 minutes.
- People report feeling deeply relaxed yet “expanded”, emotional shifts, cathartic release, lighter body, more clarity. Some describe intense experiences
- It’s not just a calm meditation —intensity varies and some journeys are designed for deep release rather than gentle relaxation.
5. How is 9D Breathwork different from other breathwork or modalities?
-The sound/technology component is emphasized much more in 9D - which has multi-layers of engineered audio. It's not just “breath & music” but a more layered multi-dimensional experience.
- The subconscious programming layer: subliminal/hypnotic suggestions, embedded coaching, guided visualisations that aim to target subconscious patterns.
- The somatic + breathwork + sound + mind integration: Rather than only breathing for relaxation or stress relief, 9D is a “full‑spectrum upgrade” for nervous system, emotional body, and subconscious.
