CANCELLATIONS

All appointments are confirmed on receipt of full payment in advance.

We appreciate that life can be busy and that sometimes you may need to change your appointment slot. 

We ask for as much notice as possible with a minimum of 48hrs for 1-1 appointments and 7 days for group sessions - this allows us scope to offer to our waiting list or readvertise the slot.

Payment is forfeited if these timescales are not adhered to.
